Selling advertisements is essential to funding our newspaper.  Each cycle, I or my assistant design editor are responsible for compiling the issue's ad pages. This process involves reaching out to business owners to obtain each ad. Sometimes, ad buyers will opt to have a West Side Story designer create an ad.

The number of ads that run differs each cycle, allowing us to fill empty spaces on the page with in-house ads. This gives us the opportunity to promote our yearbook, free senior photography service, and etc.
