Producing consistent and timely coverage for events such as sports games is important to maintaining our @westhighathletics Instagram page. A way we do this is by posting game updates to our story. Along with capturing photos and sharing score updates, I enjoy recording pivotal moments from the field or court.

Another way West Side Story connects with our audience is through Instagram Staff Takeovers, providing followers with brief and timely coverage. Posting these short clips and photos to our story is a great way to expose our audience to events as they unfold. This was a Staff Takeover I did with Maya, a former features editor, that followed our All-State journey.
